Farragut Career Academy, Chicago, IL
Main Entry Stairwell Mural
Chicago Cares Serve-a-Thon 2013
Since Farragut Career Academy was named after the first Admiral in the US Navy, David Glasgow Farragut, we created the mural in observance of him. It's located in the main stairwell of the school and bears a simple written message, radiating from the lighthouse... "Learners today… Leaders tomorrow!” A visual reminder that they are in charge, at the helm of their ship, and they should keep sailing forward into the new, bold horizon!
Add some positive energy to your school!
